Last evening about 8pm, I received a call from Chris, a client of DCA. He told me his mother had passed away and the funeral was the next day. They had created a program electronically but someone had dropped the ball and they had no funeral program printed. I had him send the file to our print shop team who never hesitated and got to work. When I arrived at 8am this morning, the print shop was already printing their program.  It was a complex job. I met Chris at 10a this morning and handed him the completed programs for the 11a funeral.

This evening Chris sent me this: “I have no words to thank you enough for even considering to help me with this. I am so thankful for the help DCA gave me. It was a huge stress relief. Thanks again.”
